★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to the store for the first time today after an accointance suggested it. Highly impressed by the proffesionalism of all staff, good quality and very fair prices. Been in BC for almost 7 years and this is by far the best music store I have come accross in greater Vancouver. Finally found my go-to for anything flute related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciated their quality work on my trumpet. Provided me with a loaner student trumpet but then they finished the work the next day so I barely needed the loaner. Impressive service! Parking was easy around the corner less than a block to the East. For drop off and pick up. Angled spots. Handy if you happen to have a full size pickup (like me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been searching for a decent place to take my trombone for repair since I moved to Vancouver 3 years ago and I think I finally found it here. They cleaned my valves and sent me before and after pictures, worked out a dent in my slide that other repair shops had been insisting wasn't there, and replaced the spring on my spit valve. The people who run it are friendly and classy, and the turnaround time for the repair was nice and quick even with the instrument quarantine period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with one of our clarinet key. Called ahead to make sure they're open. Got there, they had a look at the "broken" key, and... they fixed it on the spot. Friendly people, ready to help you no matter what.
