★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable people. Glen and Shannon are very personable. Glen convinced me to not buy a custom shop fender tele for $6400.00 and buy a Nash tele unseen and order and wait 3 months. This was the best decision ever. When my guitar came in, I waited ten days before picking it up as I was scared if this guitar would not be what I had hoped. It was and more. The Nash was a 25 year realization of the perfect tele sounds I had been chasing! Thanks Glen and Shannon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be more pleased from the service I have received from Glen and Shannon from West Coast Guitars. Through no fault of their own, my very expensive guitar amp got damaged during shipping. They took complete ownership of the situation. They made arrangements with the distribution company to beef up the packaging material and they ended up sending me a replacement within a few weeks in perfect condition. I want to personally thank Shannon for all of the time she spent replying to my emails and dealing with the distribution company to make things right. A lot can be said about how a company handles a bad situation and I can't imagine how this could have been handled any better. If I didn't live 4000 kms away from Vancouver I would have personally thanked her myself. You have definitely gained a customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a 60s harmony sovereign off eBay in a condition that wasn’t exactly ideal so I brought it in for repairs and a set-up.
The work was done faster than I expected and exceeded my expectations! Practically looked like new! (Or at least as new as a nearly 60 year old guitar can look).
This is THE PLACE for any repairs or knowledge you need. They have an incredible selection of inventory too. Will definitely come back! Highly recommend
