The attitude from the staff was pure garbage. Would not accept the gift card, messed up on the orders, gave us really greasy chicken, (even the white meat was greasy!), the fries, taters, and gravy were all cold. Gave us 2 napkins and no forks for the salads. When politely asked for forks and more napkins, she THREW them at us! The entire attitude from front counter to the manager was disgusting! You don't deserve to be in business with the way that landfill is run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the chicken fingers which were fine but there was barely any fries which was okay because that were under cooked and not fit to eat. I received 22 French fries ... seriously?
After leaving this review I was asked to email them, I did and never received an answer back. Poor customer service ...lol wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service through the drive-thru is terrible! The last 2 times I have used the drive tru they have got over 50% of my order wrong. Both times when I have called to explain what happened, they brush me off. Poor customer service. When you pay almost $30 for 2 burgers and 2 side you would think they could get it right. My bad I guess for not checking the bag before I leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave bad reviews but come on. For some reason this place withholds dipping sauce like it's made of liquid gold. I will happily pay extra for extra sauces, but I've only ever actually gotten them like once. The food is usually good but the customer service is terrible. Everyone seems wildly inconvinienced for having to do their job and it's been like this since they opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, my husband’s 2nd time. Was very pleasantly surprised. I’m vegetarian and had the new plant based snack sized “chicken” burgers which were actually really good. I was skeptical as I am a very picky vegetarian! Lots of flavour and great bun. My only complaint would be to add more lettuce to them…and a slice of tomato would be amazing. The taters were really good….not greasy at all. The pickle chips need some work: VERY over cooked and there is no way anyone would have known there was a dill pickle slice amongst the batter…but batter was yummy. Tiny serving of pickle chips though for the money! My husband had 2 Mama chicken burgers and thoroughly enjoyed them. He picked up and said service was friendly and efficient. We’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered to Mary browns one extra hot the other one with spicy mayo. Plus I asked for a package of spicy mayo. When given the bag I asked if the extra mayo was in the bag. Told it was. There was no extra mayo package. One was a regular chicken no extra hot. The other one had so much spicy mayo on top and bottom it was dripping out
