Our son leaves every session with a sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding of how to train properly for his age and sport in order to maximize his performance ability. It is worth noting that what sets Travis apart from other training experiences is that he takes the time to truly listen to and understand his athletes. During this past year, in the absence of competitive games, he has managed to keep our young athlete motivated, inspired and driven to work hard now in order to achieve future goals. I can't say enough good things about Travis and how much we value and appreciate his program and style of training.

By utilising the training methods delivered to me by Travis Martell, I've been able to dramatically increase my top speed! I'm extremely pleased with the training plans and the communication from Travis, who is very knowledgeable about training for competitive hockey. Travis' training methods have made me rethink my gym training and will now give a lot more thought about my work and effort each training session. His training directly translates to the ice and has improved my speed, strength, explosiveness and ability to win puck battles. The focus on core work in training sessions has greatly helped my stride efficiency as well as my shot among many other things. Travis continues to enhance my on ice prowess and I would recommend training with him to anyone who wishes to do the same.

We live in a small town and needed some off-ice hockey expertise for strength and conditioning training. Martell offers great remote training workouts that are created based on the players age and skill. We have noticed our sons increase of strength, speed, and power on the ice. We have had questions and Martell is always available and very quick to reply. We are thankful to have this as an option and grateful that it is working, easy to follow, and well designed. Highly recommended!

Travis has really helped him get a stronger core and more power in his legs. He’s given him the confidence as a smaller player to play hockey at a much faster pace. This seemed like such a large obstacle for him to overcome but being in the gym with travis every week has not only given him a new love for the gym but also hockey.
