We cancelled the membership when the COVID started and haven't joined again because my daughters didn't have vaccination until recently. Since most of the hospitalization rate and death rate in BC are decreasing, we want to join the membership at H2O and to sign up my daughters to the swimming lesson. We couldn't find the swimming lessons information at H2O online, so we called the H2O last week ( Apr 8, 2022 ). The staff answered the phone said that the lesson just started and we had to contact the Aquatic Lesson Supervisor, Maria Birchfield. We then emailed Maria Birchfield, but she was on holiday until April 12, 2022 afternoon. Maria Birchfield then replied "If they have active memberships I can look into it, otherwise unfortunately registration is closed." We don't feel that Maria Birchfield appreciates our business at all! The COVID restrictions just removed and the kids started receiving vaccination recently! It is no point to sign up (pay) the membership without going there! We now want to join the membership, Maria Birchfield didn't even help us look into the swimming lesson for our girls! Very bad customer service and we feel very disappointed!

There is lots to do here; you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a relaxing swim through the Lazy River, if you have courage you can try the water slide and Flo-Rider. With a membership your youngster can join their boys/girls club that have fun activities Tuesday nights. H2O has lots to offer with some great friendly staff members.
h	heaty bot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place ive been going since it opened the water is warm and the pools are kept clean the slides are fun and so is the river run my only 2 issues are that the wave pool is off the majority of the time for some reason and the diving boards are basically never open during peak swimming hours (5-9) for instance there was a group of 3 kids and 1 instructor doing swimming lessons but the entire diving tank and all boards were closed despite the fact that they took up 1/20th of the pools area that seems like overkill to me

D	D Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t bring my phone to take photos inside, but overall i would have to say this place if fairly well equipped. The mens changeroom was very spacious and probably better than others I have seen. Lap pool, kids area, hot tubs, steam room, etc.
A	Adam K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H20 is amazing. We go with our 2 year old because he loves the indoor play ground in the pool. So much to do for every age. Waterslides, wave pool, lazy river, diving boards, lanes, surfing wave, they have it all. Huge facility. Very well maintained and clean.
