β β β β β The agent I worked with was lazy and lacked attention to detail that bordered on negligent. I had to remind him to do everything relating to renting out my property. The tenants he found destroyed my furnished condo in under 13 months. I had to throw away all the furniture and repaint the entire suite. The walk-through that was performed (if it was performed) was woefully inadequate. After the repairs were finished, he required multiple reminders to change the listing price. He never bothered to take new photos. As a result, my rental unit has sat vacant in a hot downtown Toronto market for 3 months. I estimate the Markham centre has cost me over $12k to date. This was for a rental assignment. I doubt they will be more competent for sales too. Avoid at all cost. Wish I could give 0 stars.
