He is very knowledgeable and aware of the current market. When buying our house, he was able to walk us through the property, and able to show the potential our future home can have.
When selling our home, he was able to give feedback to us on how we can improve the sale of our house. Shoutout also to the photographer who took photos and videos of our home to make our home listing amazing.
Our home was able to sell over 100K more than the next home recently sold within the year. We were very pleased with Genuine as he was able to go above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor.

Helped look out for things I missed or wasn't clear about for the process. Shows he has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to know the client's needs and what they're looking for. He was able to walk me through the whole process and we were able to wrap up a new tenant in less than a week! Would recommend time and time again!

β β β β β What I love about Genuine + Gencan is the fact that they are very upfront and honest in everything that they do. As first-time home buyers, I was always hesitant about getting a real-estate agent simply because of all the horror stories you hear. Genuine has not only destroyed that stereotype but he went above and beyond with his expertise, insight, experience, and care! The whole journey felt personalized to what myself and my fiance needed in terms of price and location. We felt as if Genuine took our hand and answered our million questions (resale value, mortgage, home inspection, etc) exceedingly well. We are a young couple just starting out which makes it almost impossible to find a home in the crazy Toronto market. And yet, Genuine helped us find the perfect home, negotiate, and sign within an incredibly short time frame. Genuine is also extremely competent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and this truly helps when negotiating with the other party. We 100% trust Genuine because he's proven countless times that he's looking out for us. Would highly recommend! 6/5 stars! ββββββ

β β β β β Genuine has provided very professional services in helping us sell our condo within a very short period of time, and well above the listed price. He is very knowledgeable, relaxed and patient in handling our questions. For us seniors, we are very comfortable in working with him and trusting him in the entire listing process. My wife and I bought the property at the pre-construction stage with the intention of living there ourselves and hence, had made specific modifications to the layout to meet our needs. Prior to listing, Genuine took it upon himself to make some alterations to our modifications. As a result, this makes our unit more attractive to prospective buyers. We are especially impressed the way he conducted the offer negotiation in a timely and efficient manner. He definitely deserves more than 5 stars!! Thank you Genuine for all your efforts.

He spent lots of time to understand our needs and priorities. During the whole process we felt engaged with no pressure to make any purchase soon.
