β β β β β I got my condo rented out by Jessica and she was so professional. It is a more challenging time and she managed to pull magic out of a hat! I got my condo rented out so quickly, she filtered the clients and she was so good at resolving issues for me also. I would recommend her to people that need to get their condo rented out. Eugenia is super amazing too! They both help our family out and we couldn't thank them enough!! You girls are awesome! :)
I will definitely go to them again to get my condo rented out. :)

β β β β β After dealing with several other agents in the Toronto area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Jessica Yuen to rent out a downtown condo unit for us. She is very knowledgeable, accessible and communicates clearly, never made us feel uncomfortable. She is a very dedicated real estate agent who always keeps her clientβs interests in mind. We got more than 8 offers in the beginning, she took time to do the background checking very carefully for each of the applicant and she never pressured us to accept the offers we didnβt like or had concerns. Eventually she helped us found the right tenant who fitted our need. Her commitment is also reflected on her attention to the details like taking video of the condo, professional closing documents and offering us extra work for our convenience. Right now, we are working with her to rent out another condo unit. We really appreciate the help from Jessica and we highly recommend her.

Supporting from Condo search to final closing in London with 4 hours drive back and forth for couple of times. Amazing work and we are able to close the deal within 2 months.
Wilson also supports to do the PDI follow up and keys pickup to support overseas owner who are not able to travel to Toronto due to Covid. Very professional
