If I could give zero stars I would. I was in this store with my wife Sunday July 11, 2021. While in an empty section I pulled my mask down to speak with my wife when from behind the counter the manager began yelling at me to pull my mask back up. I said I'm speaking with my wife, then he went on attempting to berate me further, even told me to get out of the store! A couple customers approached me commenting on how rude this little man was. I didn't get his name but he was wearing an "Italia" jacket, and is little – not just in stature. I didn't leave the store despite being treated like dog dirt and was checked out by another associate. This manager needs to lose his job.

Way better placement then the old Baldwin location. Had great customer service while I visited.

ZERO STARS! Store Manager and staff are absolute trash, need to be educated on human rights and laws, should all be fired for discrimination! I was refused me service due to my religion and religious beliefs. Good job Mark's you're doing an absolute fine job at training your employees... Keep up the fine work boys! Bravo

I love Mark's, their quality is undeniably the best. Awesome selection of women's, men's clothing , shoes/ boots and accessories. To get their best deals shop on their sales or on their clearance days. This store is now reopened and following Proper Covid -19 protocols.

I came here last week to purchase my husband a Christmas present. A young man named Eric helped me pick out a stylish flannel and a pair of work boots, god knows I needed the advice LOL? He was well informed on the layout of the store and brought me right to the item I desired. Very efficient staff, will be coming back!

Very helpful staff. Were greeted as soon as we came in and helped to the area where the items we were in search of were. Cashier helped us with a union purchase and was very patient while we found the needed information.

Old habits die hard I guess. I have received a flyer in the mail with a discount on an item I wanted. I went to the store only to find empty shelves for pretty much everything that was advertised. Of course, I was told everything sold out... which rimes well with bait and switch in my book. A piece of advice for the "dinosaur" retail: adapt or disappear, just like the Whitby location I use to go to. Mark's was one of my favorite store due the the quality of products they offer. Not anymore.
