★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where's the Six Star Option? Marks Commercial is an excellent organization to work with to support all of your corporate work wear and professional branding needs. We needed to order some promotional give-aways for our client golf tournament and left it until the last minute to decide what we wanted. Marks Commercial did a fantastic job of branding our gifts in a very short space of time. I would highly recommend their products and services. Clancy Foley and Adam Gaiser are Rock Stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience I have experienced. I have been trying to exchange money for shirts that they sell and stock in their stores for 2 months, they would not order them for me at a store due to the quantity needed. Forced me to use marks commercial. Marks commercial have lost my order or not entered it 3 times, never actually sent me an order confirmation, then proceeded to process my credit card without letting me know. When the shirts arrived they were the wrong ones. Now no one will call me back to accept my return or help me order the proper shirts.
The guys make it seem like it is more complicated to split the atom then to buy shirts.
The level of incompetence and apathy is shocking.
I am considering getting into the workwear business, the lack of urgency in taking my order leaves me with no other conclusion that they must be overwhelmed by significantly larger businesses fighting to give them money in exchange for the extremely limited supply of made in China work clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep sending the wrong size 38 instead of a 34, 30 length is actually a 32. Can’t return or exchange at the store. Store staff and manager at Port Coquitlam location were super slow and not very helpful. Very expensive compared to their competitors. Unfortunately my employer has a contract with them.
