The service is the best that we've ever received and it's the first time that we didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle from a dealership. Safwan goes above and beyond to please the customer and is easy to talk to. The vehicle we purchased was fully detailed and in like new condition for a very reasonable price. He was also very honest and puts customers first. Very impressed and rate him a 10 out of 10! We will definitely buy from him again.
P	Prince Chahal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bmw from this dealershit and the manager gave me warranty for the vehicle and i called in regarding the issues i was having with the vehicle the tints, the extior tint and the instrument cluster also a trunk issue which my friend ended up fixing for me this guy was swearing at me when i went in for the issues and he told me the car is not his problem anymore even tho i had warranty he was cussing me out when i was being respectful and calling him my brother. 0 stars

Ive been searching for a car for 2 months now and have been to loads of different dealers. All the other dealers just really wanted to make a sale, they didn’t listen to what I wanted in a car, kept showing me cars out of my budget and tried to pressure me into buying something. This is my first car, everyone was making it so difficult and I needed one soon. But finally after two long months I came across diamond auto! They have a beautiful show room and a great selection, lovely staff that answer any and every question you have, and they provide you with background information of past owners, carfax, inspection, etc. They even waited an hour and a half after they closed, for me to get back from the registry office and put on my license plate for me. Love this place, I’m recommending it to everyone I know.

With test driving many of them, things just didn't feel right. I searched the web and found one particular truck in Calgary. It looked absolutely stunning and the price was unbelievable! I called up safwan and he explained to me word for word, detail upon detail about the truck and answered all my questions. After ending our conversation, I was so completely convinced of his companies integrity (and I'm always cautious when it comes to big purchases) that I decided to put a $1000 deposit down even though I had NEVER seen the vehicle or test driven it. That is the faith I had in this incredible company. I drove from Toronto to Calgary just to pick up the truck and I was not disappointed. It was stunning, clean and drove immaculate. I have never been so happy in my life with a vehicle. This company is so extremely professional, genuine and full of integrity that I drove across the country just to purchase it. Do not look anywhere else. Safwan and his team are the jackpot!!!! ?

For instance a 2020 Nissan Rogue for 25,000 with only 15,000km. They even let you test drive by yourself so you can be free to look at the car very well. High end cars available as well. The place is well designed. Some untouchable vintage for eyes only nestled in the corner too. Lol

They provided exceptional service and you can tell they very much care about what they do. I got a used Jeep (see pics) that has been refurbished in-shop. I was a bit hesitant to buy something like this, but they provided so much backup documentation and willingness to allow any sort of inspection my fears quickly went away. I even got a 3 year warranty to cover my bases; however, 6 months later I have had zero problems. I had some minor issues with one of the headlights - they fixed it for free while providing me with a complimentary loner vehicle for the day, and even shined up my car as an added bonus. I don't walk into any business expecting freebies; however, they sure are a nice way to make someone's day! I would STRONGLY recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car.. it is an experience unlike what you would imagine from a used car dealership. Very professional, courteous, forthcoming, honest, reliable, and easy to deal with! I am one VERY happy customer.
