★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using them through my workplace - horrible experience so far. They shipped me another customers order and trying to get it back to them is a huge hassle. They don't "allow" it through their stores since its a "separate entity" and I instead must print a way bill and drive it over to the courier for return. I'm busy working and what little free time I do have should not be spent running around to fix your mistake. This was ENTIRELY your mistake, Marks, why should I be inconvenienced by it?
More significant, you need to refine your warehouse and shipping operations because sending me someone else's order, complete with their full name, home address, place of employment information, etc. is insanely negligent (and probably punishable under FOIPP). I can't image where my information is going.
Stay away, even for free clothes through work it is not worth it.
