l	laura oakes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out this place for the 1st time- Wow- waited 10 mins before the waitress finally served us- only 4 ppl in the place- no water offered like usual restaurants, didn’t even tell us the “ special”-fish n chips were ok- calamari sucked-the smallest bit of coleslaw I ever saw on a plate- why even bother!- the waitresses didn’t even look the part nor there attitude- Nice place inside- too bad for this unique place in Airdrie- it could be better-! Escpecially if you want to get ppl into your business- word of mouth goes a long way- won’t be back! I’ll take my $$ elsewhere
J	June Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I have found a place that has great fish and chips! Being from England I am always in search of good fish and chips, no wonder they have won an award!. I have it every time I go and it just takes me back to when I was home.My husband loves going there with the boys for darts and crib on Tuesdays and the live music! They have had some great band's in my grandchildren love it when we go there for the Sunday jam/kitchen party and a band is playing they are out on the dance floor dancing the night away great to get them to listen to something else other then what is on the radio these days. We have met and chatted with the owner many times he is always so friendly and funny! And boy can he karaoke! He just loves to have a good time. Nice to see a owner so involved in his business and having such a good time. They even have a comedian come once a month.So nice to have somewhere where you can not only eat but can also have a goodtime.Being my husband and I are on the older side and have a few health issues we feel very safe going here and bringing our family. The food is amazing the wait staff are great and friendly will continue to go here and support this great establishment.
M	Michele Guinan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in yesterday I asked for a table of three I got, "How are you?" in a snooty voice and rude tone. We were sitting there for twenty minutes waiting for a waitress to take our order. A table who were seated after us got their order taken first so we walked out and went somewhere else. I noticed that waitresses were not wearing masks before the new mandates started. We will not be coming back. This place used to be so much better when the previous owners were there. Unfortunately, it's really gone down hill.

Ashley the gm is good at managing her staff and runs a tight ship. Cloe is amazing at her job the best of the best as far as I know! I would recommend east cost any day! also they always have great entertainment and live bands, with really good sound. Great entertainment! great staff just great in general
c	colleen smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to this pub many times when it first opened and the food was fantastic. I loved the atmosphere. Its totally gone down hill fast. I was there yesterday for fish and chips! I couldn't have have a smaller piece of fish and the fries were just bits and pieces of scraps from the bottom of the barrel. I asked for no nice in my drink, glass was filled to the brim with ice both times. I asked for no cold slaw got cold slaw. What the hell? Not impressed.
C	Carolyn C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well let’s see. It took us 2 years to visit, it was East Coast when they first opened, quite a long wait. Tonight we decided to give it a try for the first time. We arrived at 6:55pm, we were seated right away as it was not too busy. By 7:20 pm, we got up and just left. We sat there for 25 min, not one server came to our table, not a glass of water, a hello or anything for that matter. We left, went to Brewster’s. Arrived at 7:30, by 7:35 we had drinks. Needless to say, obviously you don’t understand the concept of customer service, because there was none! When you don’t acknowledge a customer in your establishment, you obviously don’t need their business! 2 years, definitely not worth the wait.
m	marc bosse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the large donair panzerotti and it was excellent and big enough for 2 people. I recommend this meal to anyone who hasn't tried it. Definitely worth it. Can't wait to have it again. (Take out)
G	Gord Stinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was subpar. Fish and chips ( which should be great given they say award winning) was like any other chain. Pizza was not fully cooked as dough was still raw. Also the place had maybe 2 tables of 2-4 people along with us and it took a long time for food. Server never really came by to see how things were once we got our food. Also had to go to bar to get another drink as nobody came to ask. Will not go back.
