★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blown away by the customer service. Came in with small emergency with my washer fluid hose that had cracked at the worst time.
Went to Dodge dealership and they would not even give me the time of day to help me out.
So I dropped in to Mariposa Automotive and they we more than helpful and friendly.
Gentlemen behind the service desk was fantastic.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unreservedly recommend Mariposa Automotive Services. I find their service to be top-notch and their pricing to be fair and beyond competitive. They don’t make unnecessary repairs or estimates and are attentive to legitimate maintenance details such as brake wear, etc. I had my car in their shop for an entire afternoon attempting to diagnose an electrical problem. They kept it secured in their shop overnight and monitored again the next morning. The suspected cause turned out to be a loose ground wire at the battery. They only charged me for ONE HOUR LABOUR and wouldn’t increase it even when I invited them to. Their estimate to install a trailer hitch was approximately half of what another garage quoted my daughter. Their repairs are prompt, thorough, and only what is necessary. They are now my “Go To” automotive repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove my vehicle from Orillia to Minden 2 days in a row, feeling that something wasn't quite right, steering maybe not responding quite the norm, but it was driving okay. Saturday, drove to get some farm fresh eggs, when a light came on the dashboard. When I got home, my husband test drove it up the street and couldn't believe the pull it would intermittently give. Saw the wheels looking a little wonky. Drove it to Mariposa to sit until Monday morning to call and at least it was at the shop parking lot for when they could check it out. They checked it out in the morning and went above and beyond to get me back on the road!!! You just don't get customer service like that these days, so grateful!!!!!!
