This is not how to treat any customer, I would not recommend this place to anybody, save the headache and find literally any other shop in the city for your marine needs. Appalling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this business as I bought a used marine master boat lift that was disassembled. I had some questions but was quickly dismissed and felt that Don could care less to actually help me. Wished me “good luck” assembling it. Sounded like he was annoyed because I didn’t buy a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marine Master was great to deal with. They built and arranged installation of a beautiful dock and boat-lift for us. Don came out to our lake twice - once to make the sure the location would work and then again to oversee the install. We needed an additional dock piece later to allow easier access into the boat from the lift and they added it at no additional charge. We would definitely recommend using them.
