★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie is a knowledgable realtor who takes the time and effort to provide a wonderful home buying process. We bought during COVID, which meant we had a very limited time to walkthrough a home (some as little as 15 minute showings!). Within those 15 minutes, Marie was able to walk us through the whole house AND identify features and deficiencies in the property that would allow us to make an informed decision on an offer. She even pointed out some items that us as new homeowners wouldn't even think of! Marie never pressured us into putting in a bid over our comfort level and educated us well on the entire home buying offer. She never hid anything from us and was completely open with her communication to seller's agents. Marie puts the level of care, research, and effort into helping you buy your home as she would buying her own home. We are extremely happy with our purchase and experience with Marie as our realtor.

As a first time homebuyer, her decades of experience came in handy during showings - with her outlining potential issues to be aware of and any other considerations. During the process of bidding and making offers, she took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. She was flexible with showing times and would always be able to work to fit our schedule. The support she provided throughout the process was unparalleled.
