Got a pcr test here got it back in one day only issue I had is no one contacted me that I had it or emailed me but otherwise great customer service and fast testing

Booked my Rapid antigen test for myself and my husband, very efficient and good service. Did not have any issues with parking at all. If you park your car there then you do need to use that premises. I think it is wrong to park your car there and leave it and go elsewhere. Because it is important for the customers to have a space

We watched the pharmacist in complete awe as he worked tirelessly to conduct PCR tests for COVID symptomatic individuals. He must be so exhausted but was not only kind but very efficient as well. You can tell they are taking utmost precautions as they wear an abundance of PPE. It was incredible. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication during these difficult times!

This was our 3rd time to this location for our tests. From the nice lady on the phone to the extremely nice gentleman who swabbed us this place is nothing but professional. Thank you and thank you for everything you do, at least from this home we're very appreciative. Keep up the great work and stay safe.

(Edited review to make a small change, and the owner replies saying I'm a bot. This response tells me that my assessment of the kind of person they are was right on the money.) Pulled into the lot here to put directions into Google maps since the street parking was full. (The lot was only 30% full, maybe all of 5 or 6 cars) A man in an N95 and plastic gown comes from the Savers and knocked on my window and asked me to roll it down. I kept my window up and he said I can't wait here. Happily drove off with a mental note to never shop here. Wow. I can see why this lot is always empty. Unsurprising to see other people leaving reviews of similar experiences.

This place sure attracts the crazies with its reviews. Good place to shop, the front store has a small grocery section for seniors, prices on giftware are low enough for people on a budget. Yes the owner and managers are hard on parking, the store pays for parking in the city garage for the owner. It's not free parking you entitled brats.

We booked an appointment at this pharmacy for our Symptomatic covid tests for myself my wife and 2 young children. When we arrived we called and confirmed our booking the receptionist checked and told us we will be helped shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting in the car the owner ( who was also contucting tests) comes and tells us how did you book an appointment? We explained through the website and even showed him proof of confirmation. He kept yelling at us because apparently we booked over a cancellation but that cant possibly be in our knowledge we just saw an available time slot and booked. Then he said since you booked this morning you need to wait till all the other people are tested. We asked him how this is our fault we have a time slot. We have 2 kids in the back seat both showing positive with the in home PCR tests. So getting this test done today was an emergency. We explained this to him and he said wait in the parking lot for 1 hour. My wife kept telling him please we have booked thorugh your website its valid. And my 2 children are very young and sick. This man went and cancelled our appointments. The whole time he was yelling at us loudly and scaring my children. This is the worst experience in my life. Also this man claims he is the owner, lab technician and the parking officer at the same time.

This is a pharmacy between two closed shops ( quiznos pizza place) and another closed shop. The pharmacy is occupying all 3 parking lots and aggressively attacking customers before they even have time to say something. We came for a doctor's visit near and were intended to fill the prescription on their pharmacy after the visit. Before we left the car on the parking lot near closed pizza shop, very rude blond woman in a beige jacket ( as I understand the owner or manager in this pharmacy ) attacked us treating to remove our car from the parking lot or proposing us to talk to the pharmacist to ensure we are customers. The pharmacist actually was a very nice lady (much nicer than this owner or manager I guess ) but she claimed the parking near pizza place and the next shop as well is actually “Saver's pharmacy staff parking”. Do they have a permit to claim all 3 parking lots near the pharmacy and 2 closed shops as " their staff parking? Anyway, we ended up leaving and I could ensure that we will never come back to this pharmacy and a single dollar from my insurance company will not go to this place. Dear Saver pharmacy, you need to teach your staff/ managers how to behave with customers. Despite nice pharmacists, we are not coming back to your place and will not recommend any friends and colleagues. And yes if you have this permit, keep your entire plaza nice and empty with no future customers willing to deal with this type of manager..... your reviews were already 2.9 before mine ....( far form 5 stars yes? ) if the owner keep this tone of behaviour with all future possible customers , so even your current one would escape... And from their response you see that the owner is a liar: there were no cars besides ours since we were not even parked there, just were considering this when this lady started to scream at us..... very rude..... and many other reviews say the same.... see : "Terrible customer service and angry owner/manager. " Totally agree.... And for the recent addition of this angry lady we always have mask outside, she just proved that she is an offensive liar … again.... And yes, I am asthmatic, not him, so I do always have cough, that is why I see doctors time to time and getting prescriptions in the pharmacy, how pharmacy manager /owner could be so silly... :) . Glad my reviews are helpful will make sure to keep it on and active! Check my other reviews they are very negative or very positive to serve customers and help nice people... and believe me my review for your place will be active for years.... and together will all your other negative reviews will help others to make a decision and go to better pharmacy ....
