I did unfortunately experience a ticket staff, who I was directed who was quite unkind to me and made me feel quite terrible for asking for help today. I was kind and such towards this individual and I expect the same thing back.

Problem - showers are usually too cold to shower in and the odd time you get a hot shower week, the water is so hot you feel like a boiled lobster! For the price of an hour of ice time here, you would think they could fix the showers. We are looking for another facility because of this.
R	Regan Malcolm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a box for the Gens game! I highly recommend getting a group together and booking one! We had our own server and ordered a bunch of finger foods. No line up for the bathroom either lol Its not as expensive as you would think!!

The arena is also a great venue that hosts all sorts of events from concerts to graduations. Staff are polite and helpful and the place is always clean and well stocked. Definitely a great attraction for the city of Oshawa.

They cater pizza which is basic but at least it’s not ridiculously overpriced. I wish the Power and Dodgers would come back, that would truly make this a top notch facility.

B	Bearded Builder Canada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue for OHL hockey. Amazing value for fast intense hockey! $20 1st row glass ticket to get right in the action. Capacity is just right and not to overcrowded. Any seat in the arena has great views.
