★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company, Responded quickly. My sewer line was leaking under my house, and this was unknown until they came out and discover the problem. Restoration Recovery were on the scene, not only mitigating the issue, but also making sure that my family was protected from any dangerous bacteria. Supervisor Mike always kept us updated with the job process and made sure all organization, coordination and proper photographic documentation was made for insurance purposes. He coordinated with my insurance company making sure that proper resources were used to not only clean my home and contents, but to make sure that decontamination was proper and completely obtained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the recent dramatic weather changes, I fell victim to a dreadful flood in my basement. I was recommended by a friend to contact the Margaaa team. I called the 24 hour line in a frantic state, not knowing what to expect and worried at the condition of my home. Immediately, the team provided me support and reassurance that my home will be fine and if anything better then it was before! Being in a devastated mindset, it was very comforting to find some humour in the situation. That being said, the service was impeccable and nothing short of amazing. The lead technician walked me through the initial findings and what each step of the mitigation and restoration would entail. I then had a follow up call from the management team to ensure that I was happy with the service and walked me through the pricing which, now looking back was extremely reasonable to the service I received. They worked fast, efficiently and used chemical friendly products throughout the process. I can't thank the team enough for not only making my basement feel brand new, but the amazing incomparable service they provided me. Thank you so much for making such a horrid situation into a tolerable experience. I truly recommend Margaaa to everyone I know!!!
