I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soni from the Mississauga office came to assess the water damage resulting from a leak in a residential property that has been hard if not impossible to locate. He quickly eliminated a suspected source of the leak but in doing so suggested parging an area on the outside of the house that would otherwise be a source of future water damage. As ONT Restoration does not do.this type of work he was able to recommended someone who did.
Soni was able to find with certainty the source of the leak which was the solarium. He recommended that the windows be replaced and the structural supports inspected and repaired as needed. This was particularly disappointing since many thousands of dollars had been recently spent to have the whole solarium recaulked. I now understand that is a bandaid, not a solution
Once again, this was work that Soni's company does not do. Although he had no one to recommend, he suggested how to go about finding someone for this job.
Soni was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave excellent advice and recommendations to handle a situation that has been holding up the rest of this renovation for many months. While the solarium will likely not be addressed until the spring, at least now the rest of the renovation can proceed, with the confidence .
In the process of attempting to deal with the water leak the gamut of trades has been run, from those who charge a ridiculous price but don't solve the problem (in spite of perfect 5/5 HomeStar reviews) to a shady character who disappeared after promising to fix the problem. Now with Soni’s knowledge and helpfulness we can resume the renovation.
Soni is honest, extremely knowledgable and genuinely wants to help solve your problem even when it isn't something that his company directly does. This type of integrity is hard to find in the home repair business but so refreshing and gratifying when you do! I cannot recommend Soni highly enough!
