★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice to see there's still some decent contractors out there that are honest and not just out to make a quick buck off other people's misfortune. G.T.A. Mold Removal was definitely one of the better companies we've dealt with. We purchased a house that was being sold AS IS and were initially told by the home inspector that there was very little mold in the attic and it wasn't a big problem. It turned out there was actually mold in about a third of the attic and it was in fact a VERY BIG PROBLEM. We chose G.T.A. Mold Removal because they literally spent over half an hour inspecting the entire attic and gave us an actual quote rather than just an estimate. The two technicians that did the work for us were polite and friendly and we were given a certificate that had a summary of the work that they did. Overall we are very happy and we will most likely use them again if we ever end up needing other mold remediation work done in the future.

I have never had any issues when dealing with them and have never had any need to call them back after the work was completed. Their techs have always been punctual and have always been very polite. Mrs. Maria (the lady who answers the phone in the Mississauga location) is always easy to reach by phone even in the evening. From our previous experiences, it's tremendously hard to find a reputable contractor that can do honest high quality work for a fairly reasonable initial quoted price and not tackle on extra costs later on. My husband and I were hesitant at first but Maria was quick to respond, friendly and she was able to accommodate our busy schedules. We were impressed with the quality of the prep work just as much as we were with the end result of the actual mold removal and we paid the exact amount that was mutually agreed upon originally.
