★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired ServiceMaster when my upstairs shower leaked and caused damage to the ceiling in our living room. Darko Simmunac was the project manager and he was amazing. He was extremely attentive and ensured the work was completed exactly as requested. The contractors assigned to complete the work were all very professional and respectful in our home. They repaired the damage to the ceiling, remove the popcorn, skimmed, primed and painted the ceiling and added 12 pot lights. It looks like new!!! They also repair and painted one of the walls that was also damaged from the leak. Everything was completed beautifully within 3 days which was beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend ServiceMaster and would call them again should the need arise. Thank you Darko and your team for doing an amazing job!!

They removed 3 inches of watee dried out the spaceo with dehumidifiers and fans. The items that suffered water damage hvea been removedMy basement hasn’t be so empty and clean in years. Hats off to Brad, Jorje and Mohamed for their quality service

Mohammed was extremely emphatic and professional during the entire process, along with calling me with updates every single step of the way and walking me through the entire process and next steps. I would highly recommend Mohammed and his team to anyone who wants a job done quick but professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Mohammed and the ServiceMaster restore team. My basement flooded during a bad storm where a part of a city road collapsed running off all storm water into our basement. The team worked quickly and diligently to clean the flooded site and provide the emergency services required. They were extremely professional throughout.
This was my first time going through something like this and it was unnerving. I feel fortunate to have been assigned Mohammed as a project manager because his calm and emphatic presence was much needed when the city was no where to help. He kept me updated on a daily basis working around my work from home schedule and making himself available at all times for any questions. It was apparent that customer service is the upmost priority to him and his them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a grease fire earlier in the year, really stressful time with Covid. But the guys at Service Master really came through for me. They were professional, making sure the Covid protocols were practiced which was good. The project manager kept me updated on the process of restoring my kitchen, even when they were not able to meet some of the promised deadlines. But they did a great job, making sure everything was cleaned up in the end and that I was satisfied. My kitchen is beautiful, but what I appreciated the most was the customer service. That is harder and harder to come by these days.
