★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them and asked how long to get an assessment, they said right away. So I brought in my laptop. They said they'd look at it that same day and reply with whats needed. They never called back. I had to call them back hours later, they said their tech was about to look at it. End of day came and still no call back. Next morning they called me and asked me for the charger as the battery was dead. In other words they never looked at it the day before. Sorry, I don't trust that style of business. Went in and removed my laptop. Brought to another place, fixed in 2 hours.

thing is, they keep their words, 0930 am means 0930 am, not late at all, answered my calls / emails right away , finished the work in reasonable time,
charges are reasonable and doesn’t really hurt your pocket, so my personal experience, if any company or individual hires them, you cannot go wrong,
good service and knowledgeable team, cheers
