★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of activities for seniors (and their families too). Chair yoga, dance classes, Minds in Motion program, Wellness Clinic, billiard, men's club, Better Meals, etc. Too many programs and activities to list. Very friendly staff and volunteers. Most of them seniors too.
Highly recommend this wonderful center for all kinds of social, recreational and physical activities for seniors.
