★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The managers are lovely and quick to help with any issues. The units are spacious and affordable. Only downside is that the complex is dated and no in suite laundry or dishwasher from my experience. Surprisingly quiet, never heard other tenants. They are moving away from smoking on balconies which is also lovely. Would move back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better late than never - I moved out December 2018 in order to move back to the city. However it was a tough decision as I really liked my apartment and enjoyed my time living at the Queen Anne. My suite was not only beautiful when I moved in but also affordable. And my suite included a dishwasher which to me is a game changer. Management was very efficient to deal with on any issue (although I rarely had any). Quiet, friendly and respectful tenants/neighbours. Management at the time (Jim, Judy, Maria etc.) were all lovely to deal with. Maria was nice enough to show me one of the renovated suites after I had moved out as I was curious and it was just gorgeous. If I ever decide to move out that way again, the Queen Anne would be first on my list of places to call.

Large apartments, great neighborhoods community, close to schools, shopping, kids activities! Management was helpful, professional and friendly.
