★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with the service I received from Mike when my computer decided to have some major malfunctions. Not only did he fix my problem but he went over all the information I needed step by step for purchasing a new laptop. He was there explaining it all and sending me leads to buying one and where he trusted which is huge for someone like me who isn't savvy with all that.
I found Mike went above and beyond through all of my computer needs with a professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone in needs of computer repair!

I was seeking a custom made computer for my online work, I needed something quiet, very fast, very reliable, and backed up with great service. I needed to go above typical name brand store bought systems. I needed a new beast as my primary business tool and wanted no compromise.
This was the right company for sure. I'm so glad I did not go and order some store bought machine now that I understand the differences thanks to Mike. His decades of experience really show.
Mike is a Master of Technology and delivered not only great service and great product, but he takes his time to answer all questions, and even helps you learn a few new things. He enjoys doing it and is enthusiastic as well. Perfect computer technician for Seniors, and Small Business.
Prices are very competitive for the excellent level of service received and not one single item or software issue was left behind. He covered everything, and was ready to do whatever follow up was needed to ensure I felt we had it all 100%.
This Desktop computer is amazing. The attention to detail is extreme. Just WOW. It just feels right.
I don't think there's any technical problem that Mike can't solve with ease. 2Tech Computing gets my highest rating, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The difference in service between this small company and the big box store is drastic as 2Tech goes much much further to make sure you're totally covered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike at 2Tech Computing is excellent at his job! I am so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. After my desktop computer broke down on me he managed to save and back up all my files up and update my computer. All my photos that I had thought I’d lost he managed to back up and save on an external drive. He then ordered and installed a new SSD drive for me and my computer is running so fast now. This will make work for me so much easier. I most definitely would recommend Mike’s services to everyone. He’s excellent at his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mans right here, HE IS A TRUE LEGEND, Helped me figure out what was the issue fast and efficiently (Which the issue was that there was an old update still on my computer after updating which is why my computer was running so slow...) Amazing customer service as well. When I say this, and I mean It, I recommend him 10 out of 10 for your needs of computer help because I have a brain injury and he didn't once get upset or even annoyed at me getting confused or anything like that :) Have a Great one and I will be phoning you next time for my computer need you One heck of a legend you

Now it runs like a dream - maybe even faster than the day I started with it. Now another household computer is going in for a checkup with 2Tech. Great experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past few years I've had numerous problems due to my lack of skill and operational problems with my computer .I've tried several and various computer Tec companies for assistance and most of the time ended up feeling scammed and confused. Being a senior doesn't make it any easier. After much frustration I decided to try 2TECH Computing The results were astonishing. I took my computer to Mike of 2TECH and had marvelous results. I was at the point of buying a new computer. After Mike cleaned up years of problems my computer is super fast and easy to operate. Also note I was shocked at the reasonable costs. On two occasions I needed further assistance due to my inexperience. Mike was able to dial in and assist me at no extra cost. I no longer feel intimidated by my computer. It was due to the professional skill of Mike that I now feel somewhat comfortable using my computer. I highly recommend 2TECH to anyone that requires superior service and excellent computer Knowledge .

Then I remembered how much work setting up a new computer is, so I decided to try and find someone knowledgeable and dependable to fix the one I had. I called Mike Shurman at 2Tech Computing. Best decision I ever made! Mike explained his process to me (in plain English). I hired him. 2 days later, I had my Laptop back working better than when it was new. It has never run as fast as it does now. And, bonus Mike delivered it to my office. Excellent service, very cost-efficient, and reliable.
