Non professional staff, hard to contact them, They input wrong feus and into my electric circuit, when electrical supply stop they blame us that its our fault because we didn't took care of it, We waited for more then 10 days for someone to come and repair. When it was done they charge us $350 for that and sent us eviction letter when we denied to pay that. Veryyy disappointed by the behaviour of staff. "" All the 5 star comments are fake Im sure. """

We've been with MPMG since they took over managment of our investment properties in both London and Kitchener about 5 years ago. We are pleased with the work they've done to maintain our properties and increase their value. I'm not sure if there are other agendas behind some of the recent negative reviews I've seen, but Saud and his team have always responded to our requests and concerns in a timely manner.

I’m on the board of directors for my condo Corp serving as President. We contracted Maple Property Management almost two years ago. Maples performance for last two years has been amazing especially dealing with financial challenges, structural issues, Capital projects. Biggest favour they’ve done to our real estate investment is to clean the house and weeding out un wanted tenants.

One of the worst maintenance company ,since the time they have taken the Hamilton road buildings in london ont we have been facing roaches issue and heater issues as well. It takes them 3 days just to reply over an email. They wont resond to your calls. It will take a week for them to fix the issues . Really tired of going back and forth with them. Guys we have other work as well please do you job responsibly .

Our condo board contracted with Maple to perform standard condominium management duties for a building in east London. The duties ran the gamut from financial book keeping and statement preparation, day to day operations and satisfying the legal requirements of the CAO etc. Both head office and local staff have always been responsive and cooperative. Furthermore Maple has been able to maintain a level of staff stability enabling partnership type behaviors not possible at previous condo management organizations. Our property is noticeably improved in appearance/cleanliness and the owners can't help but notice that the property values have appreciated well above the London average in the last few years as we have demonstrated achieved sales price results. Overall maple runs a tight ship in a challenging business.

I live in a building managed by Maple. After so many years being neglected, kudos to Maple staff who have turned around the living experience in our building. Strictly follow the rules keeping everyone happy. Thank to our property manager who work tirelessly to keep us safe during pandemic.

I'm a current owner and have a leak, my shut off valves in my bedroom closet for my unit. They said I have to call the building plumbers, Hyde Park Plumbing, and pay for them to shut off the water in the entire building so I can get my leaky shut off valves replaced. They raised the association fees and we pay 10,000 a year for management that you see maybe once every 3 months in the office on the 1st floor. The stairwells look terrible they need to paint them, I've been asking ever since I bought my apartment last year with no response. They never answer calls, lucky to get an email back in a few days. If there was a big emergency good luck getting in contact by phone. Other big issues with the association fee money I won't get into on here, I'll go through the Media about this. Not happy would give "0" star rating if I could.

I have personally been threatened in property and Maple has refused to do anything about the aggressive tenant. When I publicly called out the Management company they decided to threaten and intimidate me for exposing them.
