Working with the company, and many of their managers, like Ruki, amongst many others has been a great pleasure. They are very quick on replies regarding any concerns, work needing to be done, or even payments. All the buildings are clean when we go in, and the staff is very helpful anywhere you go with questions or any kind of concerns. Great time, and it is a privilege working with one of Toronto's top management companies.

They attend to the site for emergencies and respond to them quickly, all the way to resolution. GPM makes sure new owners are welcomed and provided with all the relevant information to settle in quickly and on the flip side, they make sure those that are leaving the community are also serviced appropriately all the way until they leave and close on their home. We have lived here for 7 years and have enjoyed and appreciated our interaction with Mo Killu and his team. Thank you!

They have transformed the condominium I live in, into a building that truly feels like community. Their staff, especially our Property Manager Brenda, are great people to work with. S	Sam Servan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look at pictures,This is how they maintain a building ,I lived at 188 Doris for more than 3 years,when i moved in to that building they told me they have a plan for renovation after i left there they still told me,we have a plan…they didn’t do any repair and renovation …everything was for 20 years ago…they haven’t even repaired wallpapers or painted after 30 years…we didnt have chiller during may and July this year when the temperature was above 28 …the worst company I’ve ever seen…stay away from buildings managed by this company.All positive reviews are from their staff.
I	Inder jeet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living @ 200 lotherton. I have a problem with the manager Oothman. I call him and ask something. he pick up the phone and says hello. he don't say his name. I mean come on man you have no manners? and I tell him the issue I have. he tell me THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM and hang up the phone. what is this man. he don't know how to talk to ppl. I go in to the office to see him and he is not there 9am. i finish work early come to the office at 3pm and the lady tell me he is gone home. this guy work whatever time he want. no discipline. I see the property management company name in lobby. this is bad service GPM. teach your ppl manners and discipline . this is bad customer service.
l	leslie fergison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother lives at Lotherton Pathways. The property manager there goes by OTHMAN MOHAMMED. My mother called OTHMAN with an issue he was very rude and yelled at her she's 86 years old. Othman can not speak English so I dont know how he got this job. I read some of the flyers in the building he spells words like THE and CAR wrong. How did GPM hire a man who doesn't speak grade 6 level English? Why is he so unprofessional my mother is going to contact her lawyers soon. I advise OTHMAN to correct his behavior and take some English classes.

The property manager at this building is the most unprofessional person I have met and he is never there. He is always on lunch or not in his office. Ottman needs to work on his manners when he speaks to residents especially elderly people. My mother is in her eighty’s and suffers from arthritis and she went to him to enquire why there is always cold air flow in the halls. He was very unprofessional in his response and rude. She was in tears , you can never get a hold of him nor does he return calls.
