★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote for a cement pad for a shed. While he came as scheduled, was astonished as to how much I would be gouged. Wanted $4000 for an 80 square foot cement pad. Going rate is $20 to $25 per square foot but he wanted to charge $50 per square foot for a small job. I would rather he be honest, like others have been and say it was just too small a job. Buyers BEWARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steven Andrade took most of the money (2000$ of 2600$) for the work he had to do, he promised several times he'd come back to finish the job, but he never did, even after waiting for him for a whole month! He didn't answer most of our calls either. It was a very painful and highly unpleasant experience. We had to find another way to finish his job.
