The pads are cheapest rates in town for trailers and Rvs. By far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are so judgemental. Yes there is a lower income families who live here at the park. So What! At least the people are trying live them a break! My husband and stayed here for two weeks or so. We loved it here! The owner is really nice! They are not always in the office so you have to go to their house which is fine. If you want to have your perfect glamping get away and your higer class don't even bother coming here. You wouldn't appreciate the beauty that is here at maple pools. Thanks for the great Accommodations maple pools! You guys are gems for taking care of your community the way you do. Not many people left in the world like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This RV place is close to the town yet away from the highway noise. There is a private river access that only the paying customers can use. The owners live on the property and are very accommodating.
It’s not a 5 star resort if that’s what you want, then this is not for you. Very reasonably priced.
There are about 50 permanent residents. We stayed toward the back part of the RV Park. We had water and power hookups(only spots available at the time) And there is With lots of trees and walking distance to the river.
You can dump your waste at a central spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We camped here for 2 nights,the place was relaxed and affordable and the lady running the campground was friendly and we were glad to have a spot to rest and set up our tent.grounds were clean and should we go for a camping trip up in courtney again we would consider the maple pool park.bring baby wipes cause theres no shower,but there is a lovely river close by to dunk your bum.we were happy with our time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, it was not an ideal place to spend more than 1-2 nights, unless you're in a jam. There were some concerns around leaving our camper unattended. There's a nice large shady area in the back for large n small campers, with trail acess to the river. No showers or toilets at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jin the owner is incredibly nice, and accommodating. I was in Maple Pool from Dec 21 to April 22, and it was a very nice park to be in. A couple of bad apples in the park, but that is life in general. Jin the owner is very friendly, and very accommodating around my weird pay schedule for my work. I would come back here again, but I have a permanent location for my trailer now.
