I had a great experience getting service done on my Mazda CX-5 this month. The staff were friendly and thorough, making sure the issue I was having was addressed before picking up my vehicle. I was also happy with the final bill price. I would recommend this dealership if looking to get your Mazda serviced.

After receiving terrible service from a different Mazda dealership I found Maple Mazda as a breath of fresh air. Albert was able to assist our family into finding the right CX5 for us. He gave us ample of space and time for my wife and I to discuss things while our toddler ran around the dealership. There were no games and pressure with the negotiations as well. Albert & Angelica were very knowledgeable and personable, they made our car buying experience a very pleasant one to say the least. Albert went above and beyond and even helped us load our belongings from our trade in vehicle to the new one. I highly recommend the Maple Mazda team if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

I had a mixed experience buying our pre-owned CX-5 from Maple Mazda. On the positive side, the salesperson I worked with, Gabe, was great. He was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Gabe was honest about the benefits and drawbacks of the car I was buying and worked hard to get me the best price. He had the car nicely detailed for me when I came to pick it up which I appreciated. On the negative side, I feel like Maple Mazda's finance and service department could have done a better job. When I was completing my purchase, the finance dept didn't explain the extra charges over the purchase sticker price to me in a transparent way. For example, I had to pay $200 extra for the car safetying and this wasn't explained to me during the buying process. On top of that, the car I bought was safetied by Maple Mazda's service department, however, when I took the car to my mechanic about 2 days after I bought it, my mechanic told me that the rear shock was leaking. Maple Mazda service department should have let me know about this. As for the 2019 CX-5 we bought, overall we're happy with it. The one thing I wish was better was the suspension system. It feels spongy and jumpy when driving in the city. I feel like I'm bobbing up and down a lot while driving.

Amazing experience with Albert F. at Maple Mazda. He made the purchase of my new vehicle very smooth and easy! Amazing communication and provided me updates throughout the entire purchase process. So, I own 2008 Tribute. Not the latest or flashiest of vehicles but it suits me fine from the 1st day we drove it off the lot. Nigel, our service rep was responsive to our service needs, called us in a timely manner, kept us up to date on parts order and final repair. Repairs were well explained and fairly priced. Felt just as valued this time as I did when we bought the car new. Thanks Nigel and Thanks Mazda.

Very great place to shop your car. They listened to me carefully and helped me to pick exactly the car I wanted. Besides, during all this crazy situation caused by the semi-conductors shortages and consequent lack of car supply, this dealership did show a great flexibility to accommodate my needs.
