Maple Grove is located on Digby Side Road off highway # 542, 8 km east of Mindemoya.
From South Baymouth:
We are 28 km from the ferry. Take highway # 6 north , turn left onto highway 542 towards Mindemoya. You will drive through Sandfield, where there is a LCBO outlet. Maple Grove is 11 km from here, watch for the signs.
From Little Current:
We are 45 km from the swing bridge. Take highway 540 towards Gore Bay, at M'Chigeeng turn left on highway 551 to Mindemoya. In Mindemoya turn left on highway 542. You are 8 km from Maple Grove look for the signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Reasonable prices. Nice staff. Good maintenance of the cottages and because owners live in a house on site you will always have a quick response if you need them. I like that you won't find a problem with hot and cold water here. So basically we have only good words about this place. Don't expect that this is a hotel though. Still a cottage. But a nice one.

Our cottage was well suited for our family with kids and the waterfront was our evening retreat to cool off after a day of touring. Our only regret is that we should have booked it longer, but know so for next visit! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rustic lakeside cabins with awesome old hardwood floors , exposed beams and screened porches. #4 one bedroom was perfect. Baseboard heat with thermostat in every room for comfort. Exceptionally clean cabins with nice little bbq and fire pit and your own lakefront dock/ deck. A very nice sand beach beside #5 but no more than a 30 second walk from any other cabin. This is not a 5 star resort and the price reflects that. This is exceptional value and a very clean and professionally ran establishment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was OK in overall. Expect that It's not the luxury cabin. But very family friendly and beautiful spot at the lake for sure. The owners were nice. The cabin was clean. Had mosquito net installed terrace, fireplace, Barbecue. Seems good place for summer with many features this place has. Kitchen is simple but good to be able to cook your own food.
I didn't like the tiny shower area. And there were few things hope to be improved.
The bed we are sleeping was very uncomfortable. The mattress seemed broken and the bed size was quite small for 2 adults. So it was hard to have a good quality of sleeping. And the cottages were close each others and the windows curtains are still open from the side and kitchen window don't have curtains so you wouldn't have 100 percent privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent choice for a stay on Manatoulin Island. Great location, close to anything you would want to visit. Really appreciated the warm welcome and helpful tips from the manager. Clean park, set at a beautiful location by the lake, very quiet, great playground for little ones. Cottage (#3) is well equipped and our stay was very comfortable. Good utensils and appliances. Could use some more storage space in kitchen and bedrooms. Unfortunately plenty of bugs outside. Porch is gated with bug screens, very helpful! Would highly recommend.
