★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience! Chaque résident doit faire assurer sa chambre pour le feu, dégât d'eau, vandalisme. Une liste interminable de choses à acheter ( 10 serviettes, 20 débarbouillettes, 5 essuies-mains, 5 verres, couvre-matelas imperméable, 2 ensembles de literie etc...La secrétaire nous a menti sur le prix. On nous a dit que ça me coûterait 1614$ et après 3 mois on a augmenté ma mère à 2172$ ! J'ai dû la déménagé.
Very bad experience! Each resident must have their room insured for fire, water damage, vandalism. An endless list of things to buy (10 towels, 20 washcloths, 5 hand towels, 5 glasses, waterproof mattress cover, 2 sets of bedding etc ... The secretary lied to us about the price. We were told that would cost me $ 1614 and after 3 months I increased my mother to $ 2172! I had to move it.
