Sans nouvelle de ma mère depuis 3 jours, j'appelle au Nobilis par inquiétude et la directive me dis quel a quitté pour quelque jour ce qui étais faut car j'ai réussi à joindre ma mère par la suite. Directive menteuse et ne respecte pas son code moral d'habitation.
I needed to reach my mother to get a copy of my check specimen that was in her computer. Without news of my mother for 3 days, I call the Nobilis out of concern and the directive tells me what left for some day what was needed because I managed to reach my mother afterwards. Lying directive and does not respect his moral code of habitation.

L'endroit est très bien entretenu, le personnel est courtois et la direction est à l'écoute des demandes des résidents et de la famille.
I highly recommend this residence for the elderly. My mother has been living there for a few years and everything is done to ensure that she is well and safe there. The place is very well maintained, the staff are courteous and the management is attentive to the requests of residents and family.
