★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'endroit était humain, le personnel souriant. C'est maintenant froid et le personnel qui y travaillent depuis plusieurs années sont maintenant inquiet pour leur emploi.
The place was human, the staff smiling. It is now cold and the staff who have worked there for several years are now worried about their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une très belle résidence, autrefois géré humainenement mais actuellement géré par un directeur qui a une pensée plutôt commerciale, coupure de staff, il n'y a plus de réceptioniste à l'accueil le dimanche ?? il crée une insécurité chez les résidents, le personnel ayant une ancienneté disparait soudainement, un manque de staff au restaurant qui est très gentil en passant. Un seul petit bémol, un restaurant qui coute 15$ par repas devrait avoir une cote comparable à un autre restaurant, s'il manque du staff, en ajouter s.v.p.
En général, les résidents y sont bien.
A very beautiful residence, formerly managed humanely but currently managed by a manager who has a rather commercial thought, cut of staff, there is no more receptionist at the reception on Sunday ?? it creates insecurity among residents, the staff with seniority suddenly disappears, a lack of staff in the restaurant who is very nice by the way. One small downside, a restaurant that costs $ 15 per meal should have a rating comparable to another restaurant, if it lacks staff, please add more.
In general, residents are well there.

Guy l homme de la maintenance qui a tout fait pour aidé à ce que tout soit parfait dans l appartement. Tres bel endroit Un grand merci pour tout...Liliane Clarence et Mme Marguerite.

Je voudrais souligner le bon travail de tout le personnel en cette période de Covid19. Aucun cas en date d’aujourd’hui. Les mesures d’urgences ont été appliquées très efficacement. Je remercie tout le personnel de prendre soin de nos parents et de mon papa. MERCI MILLES FOIS et continuez votre beau travail.

I would like to highlight the good work of all the staff during this Covid19 period. No cases as of today. The emergency measures were applied very effectively. I thank all the staff for taking care of our parents and my dad. THANKS THOUSANDS TIMES and keep up the good work.
