I've never once had a problem with any of the staff there at all! They have always helped me and answered any of my questions. Thanks mama for supplying me my hair and beauty needs over the years! Edit: it has been awhile since I've been to this location and boy things sure have changed. I needed some new wigs, and ended up buying two while there. The lady that was there, was not very friendly. Almost seemed bothered that she had to help me, and they didn't have enough staff to help with the volume of people. They need to hire people friendly oriented people. I'll still come here because I've been coming here since mama used to be here often and they always have what I want, but the customer service needs to improve a lot. So for this reason I've changed my 5 stars to 3, strictly because of customer service.
D	DR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Also when I asked the lady how much hair should I buy she told me double of what I actually needed, I don’t believe this was just a wrong guess I think she over sold me for the money. They also have a no return policy.

When you walk into the store, the customer service reps never acknowledge your presence and they all seem bothered if you ask questions. I’ve been here so many times and the service is always terrible. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of stores with African hair products and that’s the only reason I go there.
C	Cheyenne Cardinal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selection is a 5 but because of the customer service I'll give it a 3...it's always been hit or miss for me when I visit the store so i always assumed the staff is just having a rough day it happens but seeing the other reviews I see it's a real customer service issue for the locations. I won't go into details, it's been done, but for real if you have other options for beauty store...go elsewhere.

Cassandra helped me out and helped me look for the colour pack I was looking for, while also advising me on a better hair colour choice! The hair pack prices are phenomenal and there is lots of stock! I’ve had a very different experience than some people here are saying and I will be returning with a smile until otherwise happens!
