β β β β β We recently went for an iftar/evening meal. The service was really good. Nice and clean ambience. Provided soup,dates on the house. Food was amazing, all kebabs were freshly made. Loved the lamb shank. It's fresh, tender & juicy. The owner came at the end and followed up. 10/10

β β β β β Iβm a big foodie and I love Afghan cuisine. I have tried most (if not all) Afghan places within Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal and I can assure you Maimana tops the list by far in terms of authenticity with great affordable price. In particular, the owner and the staff are extremely friendly and always care about the quality of the food and asks for feedback, I go there once a week as I love supporting local restaurants, thanks guys for amazing food and great customer service!! If youβre there, try their Lamb Shank with Kabuli rice, youβll be served well!

β β β β β My rating is 4.5 and wish Google provisioned that. This is by far the Best Afghani Food that I have had so far in GTA. I have tried at three other places of which two are famous chains in GTA so yes I highly recommend this place.

β β β β β One word - Awesome. We came here for dinner with a large group of friends. This place has ample of space and great ambience. Wasn't that crowded and the service was great. The food was made to perfection. Special mention the Naan was just so amazingly fresh and soft, couldn't stop eating it. Have to come back here. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

β β β β β Wow this spot is really nice. They manager or owner, I am not sure who he is, very friendly. They made the food fresh, I have to wait 15min and it was worthwhile. I ordered the mix grill so I could try it. I haven't got any kind of this food before. It was yummy ? I never knew Afghan food was this tasty. The friendly staff and how clean the place was are big plus plus. The owner or manager also gave me a free soup that was even better than what I had ordered. Definitely will come again.

β β β β β Great food. Authentic preparation. Family owned. Nice ambience. Lacks nothing. I recommend for a nice casual night out for a light meal or a quick bite either ways youβll not regret the cost to quality ratio. Food arrived pretty quick. Itβs like a self serve place (or at least we picked our own food from the counter) we chose the corner table with high rise seating. There are plenty of other options to sit at. Ordered two chicken portions and one beef. Each meal comes with rice, a salad, a bread(naan?) and some spicy kind of sauce for the table. Itβs good, food was a little dry for me, but Iβm a person who prefers gravy so my choices probably donβt reflect the majority of taste buds out there. Itβs a unique taste here, authentic I guess, I donβt really have anything to compare it to, so in my case Iβd say itβs authentic and good. Shukran
