At my mothers home he removed the old asphalt and then put stone down and has never come to finish the job... this has been going on for well over a year... despite repeated phone calls and him actually coming down taking her old paperwork and promising to come finish the job in a couple days... taking advantage of a senior is not cool... I am now having another company finish this job... and even that company has said that they have dealt with 4 other people this year alone that Tony has screwed over.... be aware STAY AWAY... As to your reply on this comment there was a small amount to be paid when the job was complete and you know as well as I do that it would have been paid... you did the original work and never came back your a joke... it took multiple times to get you back to her home oh and you never came back to her neighbors home either to finish that job... whats your excuse there ? I REPEAT do not get taken by this company !!! And do not Pay before a job is done !!!
T	Thats Right on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check home stars before hiring, this guy "Tony" is a huge rip off artist, took out a side of a house last year on his bobcat, never finishes, is unprofessional to customers and his employees. This guy is a safety risk waiting to happen, can't keep employees and cannot finish a driveway. scams seniors, and anyone who gives any deposit.DONT HIRE HIM and DEF DO NOT WORK FOR HIM. Never seen anyone treat their employees so bad.
C	Chris Irish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In March 2018 myself and neighbor entered into an agreement to get our driveways paved. We both paid a decent size deposit. Removal of exhausting driveway way quick. Tony said he would be back in 3 weeks to pave well here we are in October 2019 and have had to hire another company to dig up what Oshawa Paving has already done because they can’t trust what Oshawa Paving has done. There are 4 homes in my neighborhood that they have done this to. Tony is definitely a professional a professional at ripping people off. ********BEWARE********
A	Andrew a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony came to my place for the estimate, was very friendly, and gave me a reasonable price for the work. His crew came within days to excavate my driveway. Took out my driveway out in a day and also took the old concrete curbs outlining my driveway away for free. He used lots of gravel after excavation and packed it properly. We had to wait around 12 weeks for completion as they are a very busy company and I imagine the summer is a busy season for paving. We were very happy with the results as they widened my driveway and were careful not to damage my air conditioner in the process. Would hire them again.

In the spring he was quick to come and take out the old driveway. We waited for the ground to settle and then they returned in a few months to complete the job. This is now the third driveway that this company has done for our family, including my elderly parent's home who were left very happy. I recommend Oshawa Paving Ltd to anyone.

Tony came to do the grading part of my driveway but never returned to finish the paving part. Like the fool that I am, I believed his words that he was coming the next day, the next week, or whatever he said like he didn't have the labor help, or it was too hot, or he was too busy. I tried to call and even text him for answers and was ignored or mocked at. I payed him well above a considered deposit after he graded the driveway. I finally knew I was scammed when I read his reviews and I thought - dang! I am these people. I also noticed his business card has an address that doesn't exist - 701 Rossland Rd E Suite 401 Whitby (401 doesn't exist in this plaza). So, to all - be warned! He is a crook!
M	Marion Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony and his men did an amazing job on my driveway. I hired Oshawa Paving to come repave my drive as it was caving in and a mess. Tony excavated, cleaned up professionally and corrected the grade and repaved beautifully. His men were friendly, efficient, and the driveway is wonderful. After he dug up my drive, put down two gravel truck loads of gravel and I gave him his deposit, I saw the negative reviews people left here on google and to be honest, the reviews unnerved me so I talked to Tony and he explained what happened which all sounded plausible. I had absolutely no problem with Tony and I would hire him again. I also recommend him to pave your driveway as he is there the whole way not just working hard but overseeing and making sure the job is done right. Thank you Tony. **loss of two stArs as Tony promised to return to fix one area where they paved as the asphalt was raised in a u shape (about a square foot in diameter) and water and ice accumulated close to the house and our chimney...in our walking path. He did not return to fix his mistake as promised. **
