★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is amazing! They're so nice and have been so fantastic throughout the pandemic. They've been very informative and great while taking care of our girls.
Not only that but due to my stupidity I've missed a "few" injection appointments for my dogs cartrophen medication and they have been so understanding!
They're prices are also very reasonable. We moved from another vet office and have saved ourselves quite a bit, and they won't just tell you to bring your dog in if they don't think it's necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Mahogany Vet! Have been bring our furbaby here since spring and they are amazing with him. He had some dental work done and the service was amazing. They called us throughout the day with updates and they followed up for several days after to make sure he was doing ok. They treat him like a family member. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went yesterday with Mazy, ( she had no appointment) but we just wanted to someone to check her. ( it was an emergency) and someone just said she has to go somewhere else. So I think we found a different vet clinic now… my little on never been at that clinic but they were more than happy to check her in 2 mins!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So upset today. Took my dog for his kennel cough vaccine and tic and flea and the next thing I know the vet wants to do a whole oral exam under anesthesia and possibly remove teeth. Then I am told if I don’t do it I need to find a new vet because I am a bad pet owner. It was even suggested that I should find someone to take my dog who won’t mind spending their money on him. I am devastated by this treatment. My dog is not in pain. He is eating well. The last time I saw this vet I was told it didn’t matter if I brushed his teeth because they will still need to do cleaning etc at some point. That was not long ago. No mention of putting him on food that would help with cleaning or adding something to his water or persisting with the brushing. Prevention should be stressed. Also, it would have been nice to have been given a minute to digest this before being told I would have to find a new vet if I didn’t do it. I will be finding a new vet anyway. Thanks for the very expensive visits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been loyal customers since the day it opened. The original vet and owner was great. Very accommodating and clear she genuinely cared about the well being of animals, because of this I have recommended to many people. Business changed hands and now just get an indifferent voice on the end of the phone saying we are fully booked. Forget going there to have the vet take a quick look for a prescription… and emergency is a no go. I would have thought they would keep a few spots open each day for noon scheduled appointments but if they do we are not offered anything despite calling on consecutive days. I was told to wait a week plus or go to pet ER… they are not bothered in the slightest, definitely not willing to put themselves out and couldn’t care less about long term customers that helped get the business off the ground when there were less far less homes in the area… Will be looking for a new vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are all amazing and Dr. Crystal is the best! I feel like they truly care about my pets and respect my views and opinions. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes to to get in but that’s every clinic in the city right now (and compared to some other vet clinics it’s still very reasonable).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today Sugar saw Dr. Crystal Makwana. She was very professional and honest. She looked after my baby Sugar so well. We went in today for a removal of a growth on Sugars ear. I was nervous for her to be under anesthesia. But Dr. Crystal re insured me she would be just fine and she wouldn’t be going ahead if she thought Sugar would have any troubles. Sugar is a small tea cup chihuahua and she’s my everything. I would definitely recommend Dr. Crystal and her amazing staff. They did such a good job. I will be bringing my other chihuahua to see her for his check up. Very professional and honest vet. Thank you so much for your help with Sugar.
