J	John Elias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using the clinic forever. The doctors I've dealt with are professional, knowledgeable and caring. The front end staff are good. Remember though, they are there to book appointments and keep the office organized, not to offer medical advice or get into an extended discussion of your symptoms.
N	N Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dread calling this office, let alone showing up to my appointments. The front staff are so rude and unfriendly, they treat you in a condescending way. You can not even ask them a simple question without them being snappy. You're a medical receptionist for crying out loud, not the queen of England. where is all of the bad attitude coming from. Don't even get me started on office hours, who really has the time to only come in on 3 scheduled days a week from what 9-2? and maybe get in before three weeks, which the doctors are always on holiday, and wont see each others patients. I used to see my Dr before she moved to the MaGrath Clinic, and everything was much better. Now even she seems to rushed to care about your concerns, and sloughs off anything that might be bothering you. I have tried several times to think maybe everyone is just having a bad day but this has been happening for years. I will not come back to this clinic ever again. I am sick of being treated poorly, when all I do is smile politely and ask these rude women how their days are. Whatever happened to normal manners???

There is just the one receptionist who can be rather surly at times- perhaps some training in public skills should work. The clinic does not deserve a 'fly in the ointment.'

Yes they deal with a lot of people and I seen a few bad reviews on here and I think that it is not fair to say the ladies are rude...as they are NOT..they are great and have always served me well! Dr Holly is wonderful and she is a warming smile every time I come in. So thank you to all that work at the Magrath Medical Clinic. Keep up the good work!

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about front staff. My last visit - the front staff was perfectly polite and friendly. No issues ever with unfriendly staff. I've been with Dr. Lynda Nguyen and I've only been in once while she was away on vacation, but was promptly put in to see Dr. Cheung. Both Dr.'s listen to my concerns and address them with great results.

Both Dentists there are equally amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and professional but they actually care about their patients on a deeper level. You're not just another patient to them, they care about you and your well being. They go above and beyond . I encourage anyone looking for a new dentist to go to Magrath! The secretary and hygienists are also amazing! Super friendly and kind! I give them 100 stars!
