★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book a haircut appointment, they told me it wasnt busy so there wouldn't be any wait. I come in and wait more than 30 mins and they still kept taking in the people that came after me. I had to leave after because I was already late for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the services here. Went on 2 seperate occasions asking for simple hair cuts. Didn't get at all what I wanted. At least they're friendly. Maybe not to talkative but it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were all very friendly and welcoming. Due to an issue with booking on the app, my appointment was pushed back 15 minutes, but that wasn't an issue for me. Nikki did a very good job with my hair and I will be returning here in the future.
