Magic Mountain- Sierra Springs

We started at Magic Mountain Sierra Springs a month after it opened and we are still there. Our son loves going to daycare everyday to see his friends and teachers. The teachers take extra care to know our son and have a genuine love for him. We have run into different teachers outside of daycare who stop to say hello! He feels like he is part of a family and we’re not worried about his care while he is there. Truly a great care facility with excellent staff!

Our son started going to Magic Mountain nearly 3 months ago and it already feels like family there. They are excited to see him every day and, more importantly, he's excited to see them everyday. The atmosphere, learning and skill development has been amazing since he started going, and we couldn't be happier. They have a really great team, would recommend.

From the start my kids have loved Magic Mountain and so have we. As a new mom I really didn't like the idea of having some body else watch my kids but when we toured the facility and were introduced to the staff we had made up our mind. My kids love it here and love all the activities MM keeps them busy with they have excelled beyond my expectations as I mostly just wanted someone to care for my kids first and the educational part of this experience is such a plus. I highly recommend Sierra Springs.

My daughter absolutely loves going here. The teachers and entire staff are very kind and caring people who make my daughter feel very loved. Somehow they are also able to get her to eat veggies - something we have yet to master! This is the second Magic Mountain location my daughter has gone to and I can’t stress enough how wonderful both locations are (the other being the Airdrie Crossing location). I highly recommend this daycare!

If you're looking for high quality child care, teachers and directors that care for your family and your children then this is the place to have your child. I cannot recommend this amazing facility more. They have the children in mind with every step. The front office staff are always there to greet your children by name and with a smile. The teachers know your children so well and treat them like their own. They celebrate that we choose to speak to our children in a different language at home and encourage it. Thank you Magic Mountain for giving our children a safe spot to learn, grow and have fun!

Update2/2/22- unfortunately, I do not know if these establishments came under new ownership or what has changed however I had my children in Magic Mountain care for almost 7 years and up until recently overall have been fairly happy. My children attended the kingsheights location as we were transferred there after moving to the area and up until this past January, they had been attending care regularly. It honestly is so disheartening to see the difference in management staff. It is evident it is completely money driven now and not at all lead with compassion. People in management seem to be on a power trip and completely unempathetic. This used to be a place you could walk into and be greeted with a smile every single morning this greatly changed over the past 2 years. Even after a situation arose in January and we came to a conclusion I was surprised to get a phone call informing me in fact there was no longer a resolution and more money was required to continue care. Upon expressing my clear frustration because I had been told (actually on more than one occasion- it was resolved) I was transferred to some lady I had never even spoken to before- who it was evident, did not care to hear anything I was saying and was quick to assure me they don’t need my business in continuing childcare with them. This is after I had both my children in their care for several years. It’s shameful because a lot of the classroom teachers my children actually loved- the management team absolutely needs adjusting. I still have a voicemail from Bev who was trying to frantically clear up a situation with my son (10 yrs old and a very well behaved child) to assure me she did not “upset him and make him upset after yelling at him” at which time I brushed off as nothing, since taking my children out of care and speaking to them both (10 and 7) I am very happy with my decision based upon stories they’ve shared of her inparticular and her temper. These are people you have in higher positions? Very disheartening and the fact you were so OK with losing a family who’s been with your facility for how many years? I infact referred four families to you not including my own cousin. I certainly will NOT be recommending your facility in the future and I really hope you take the appropriate measures as business owners, to reach out to people like myself and see both sides of stories and how hopefully you can rectify some of your local reputation around town- after discussing my matter on our local community page it seems as though there are quite a few of us upset with your facility. Good luck in the future- you may need it. My kids have been at two magic mountain locations, we have been thoroughly happy with both. Leah the director here, has been great with communication and welcoming parents when you come into their facility. Ms. Sheila has been phenomenal for both my children and goes the extra mile to make her classroom a happy place. My daughter attended the preschool in this location and we were also very happy with the growth she showed in learning and preparing for kindergarten. I have and will continue to recommend to other parents!

Worst daycare. I paid monthly fee here after my daughter was in this daycare just for a day and then moved my daughter to different daycare and also paid fee at new daycare so she doesn't have to be at this magic mountain location. Director and staff here do not care about kids. I am surprised they did not even replied to my feedback. I do not understand how they are still in business at siera spring.

I love this Magic Mountain!! The staff are super friendly and amazing with kids! The directors and their staff take such good care of my kids and really pour out into them. Highly recommend!!
