Our kids have been going to Magic Mountain for almost 4 years. Prior to that they were in a wonderful day home; we made the switch as we needed school transportation when our oldest started Kindergarten. We were nervous about transitioning from a small day home setting to a larger facility but Magic Mountain quickly proved their worth! The staff are incredibly fun, caring and attentive. Our girls love going here and have learned so much!

Recently joined Magic Mountain and they have been nothing but personable and accommodating. Facility is a balanced combination of clean, nurturing, and fun. Teachers have a way of making every child feel extremely special and acknowledged in a social setting. I know my daughters are safe and well loved, despite current restrictions. Looking forward to watch my daughters grow in this wonderful and fun-loving environment.

My son has been attending daycare at this location for the last 6 months. It was a struggle for both him & I to adjust being at a daycare but his teachers were nothing but supportive and loving towards him. He talks about Ms. Mandy every single day & I can’t thank her enough for all she does for my son on a daily basis when he’s in a mood. All other staff are equally amazing and kind. It makes me so much more comfortable knowing my son is loved & well looked after while he is at daycare so thank you Magic Mountain

Magic Mountain Daycare in Kingsheights location is wonderful. The building is clean and well maintained. The staff are incredible with the children. The director Bev is awesome at her job. She's very professional and fair. Brooklyn that works at the front desk is always friendly and greets us. They are an excellent daycare-highly recommend

I have both of my children attend and I have been with this daycare for almost 8 years now. The staff are wonderful and both my kids absolutely love it. The Childcare workers know who you are right when you walk in and every time I pickup my children they are happy. The menu is incredible and I know my children are being fed healthy meals. The gyms, and the indoor/outdoor space is what initially drew me to the daycare. I have no complaints and any concerns I have had in the past have been addressed immediately and with care. I highly recommend this daycare, every time you walk in you always see a smiling face.

The actual physical facility is very nice, with large play structures etc. and we were excited to have our child attend. But, after 2 weeks of having our child at Magic Mountain we have since withdrew her from the program. We agree with some of the other reviews stating that this center is very strict with COVID guidelines, and in our opinion they will attempt to send your kid home anyway possible. We understand the severity of COVID and understand that child care centers need to be careful, but this center will take this to the extreme. We got the feeling that staff will attempt to have any excuse to send your kid home for what they call a "symptom of COVID." If you would like reliable child care and would prefer to not be stressed about getting a call while at work every day, do not go here. The environment that the staff is creating also does not feel to be the most conducive to proper child care. We have heard inappropriate and negative conversations between staff regarding other kids and parents. We have spoke with both the director and regional manager of this location regarding our concerns, and they appeared to take what we said seriously. But we have since moved on, and I hope that the leaders of this program will make the needed changes.

Update2/2/22- unfortunately, I do not know if these establishments came under new ownership or what has changed however I had my children in Magic Mountain care for almost 7 years and up until recently overall have been fairly happy. My children attended the kingsheights location as we were transferred there after moving to the area and up until this past January, they had been attending care regularly. It honestly is so disheartening to see the difference in management staff. It is evident it is completely money driven now and not at all lead with compassion. People in management seem to be on a power trip and completely unempathetic. This used to be a place you could walk into and be greeted with a smile every single morning this greatly changed over the past 2 years. Even after a situation arose in January and we came to a conclusion I was surprised to get a phone call informing me in fact there was no longer a resolution and more money was required to continue care. Upon expressing my clear frustration because I had been told (actually on more than one occasion- it was resolved) I was transferred to some lady I had never even spoken to before- who it was evident, did not care to hear anything I was saying and was quick to assure me they don’t need my business in continuing childcare with them. This is after I had both my children in their care for several years. It’s shameful because a lot of the classroom teachers my children actually loved- the management team absolutely needs adjusting. I still have a voicemail from Bev who was trying to frantically clear up a situation with my son (10 yrs old and a very well behaved child) to assure me she did not “upset him and make him upset after yelling at him” at which time I brushed off as nothing, since taking my children out of care and speaking to them both (10 and 7) I am very happy with my decision based upon stories they’ve shared of her inparticular and her temper. These are people you have in higher positions? Very disheartening and the fact you were so OK with losing a family who’s been with your facility for how many years? I infact referred four families to you not including my own cousin. I certainly will NOT be recommending your facility in the future and I really hope you take the appropriate measures as business owners, to reach out to people like myself and see both sides of stories and how hopefully you can rectify some of your local reputation around town- after discussing my matter on our local community page it seems as though there are quite a few of us upset with your facility. Good luck in the future- you may need it.

We attended this daycare for several months. The first few months we thought our child was thriving but after changing to the next room up we were informed of ‘behaviour’ problems. We worked with the teachers and management and we were very apologetic. I don’t understand why a daycare is unsympathetic to parents of child who may have higher needs. We provided suggestions and pretty much were told nothing is working. We wanted to change locations as we were moving and contacted the Sierra Springs location and we were told they had room for both our children to start ASAP. Once I informed KH that we would be changing locations and requested a form to end care at the Kings Height location (Sierra Springs asked me to do that) the director said “Oh, have you already informed Sierra Springs?” and I said yes. After, when I followed up with Sierra Springs in regards to the transfer I was told they actually don’t have space. When I asked them when would they have space they told me they couldn’t give me an answer and would put me on a wait list. To this day I’ve never received an response. Clearly the KH director took it upon herself to tell Sierra Springs about my child which effected us being able to transfer. The owners of this business should really be more aware of the terrible things your directors are doing to families … Also, we were informed about a program that could help our child but we were told the program didn’t start until September (several months out). They couldn’t even wait for this program to start to better support my child and the daycare. The management is very uncaring and doesn’t make you feel welcomed. The director is the most aggressive person Ive ever met at a daycare. An example: One day she came barreling through one of the doors so quick she almost hit my child with the door and we had to move to the side to let her pass (and yes she did see us and said nothing. She was stern and on a mission). Also, please please please know most of these positive reviews are submitted because they hold a draw for a $250 or $500 Amazon gift card if you write a positive review. Pretty sure in most companies that is called bribery … This daycare only wants children with calm demeanours and who don’t need ‘extra’ support. Very unwelcoming and unsupportive environment. Honestly, pretty tired of daycares treating parents and children as a dollar sign … they really don’t care about children anymore. I miss the ways daycares use to be … supporting children in the good times and bad times.
