★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living here and I thinkit is a great building with even better building management. Every morning there is a lovely kind lady cleaning and vacumming the lobby, halls, and the underground parking main floor area. The building manager is a very kind man. When I was at work I had received a package requiring a signature so I gave him a call and he was more than happy to help me out and grab my package for me. Very kind man, very kind lady. Definitely makes me feel at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice newer apartments. Terrible guest parking requires registration and is limited to 24hr stay max. Parking is a big issue in the surrounding neighbourhood as well so good luck finding street parking without walking several blocks. Additionally the lack of adequate parking provided causes overspill into the street and is unfair to local homeowners who can't find parking in front of their own properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like this complex has everything you could want in a rental. It's unfortunate that their manager has the communication skills of a toddler. She was extremely rude and unaccommodating, stating that she only book viewings Monday to Friday up until 4 pm.
The nature of the service she is meant to provide dictates that flexible hours and AT LEAST ONE EVENING OPTION are required. If this is any indication of what it is like to reside in this complex I definitely recommend you continue your search.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after reading reviews, it confirmed my perception of this apt bldg...moving is stressful enough, but to have this Marnie (property manager) not bother returning messages when someone was interested in renting and dropping off deposit and application, is pathetic.. no excuses...and finding out other red flags of smells, spills in hallways, and overall impression they rent to some bad tenants, sounds like its poorly run.... .. I am happy to tell my senior mom that it doesnt look like a place you want to rent from.... and shame on them for stressing her out!
