The contractual discussions were conducted professionally through open communication and a willingness to be flexible and consist responsiveness. Every interaction was positive and the variety and creativity around the menu and catering options were endless. I had various stations and the quantity provided was more than enough even when I had to slightly increase the number of people last minute. The asian station was a big hit and the authentic flavours were one that people were talking about the next day. We also had our own appetizers and their staff offered to help set them up which was so great. The weather ended up being terrible initially with a down pour but the attitude of the staff and the willingness to still offer great service and food was so appreciated. Thank you Maro Catering and cheers to a future event.

The presentation was lovely, the staff was so friendly and very professional and did I say the food was amazing. And when the staff left you’d never know they had been using our kitchen. It was spotless. I would highly recommend Ma-Ro to anyone who is considering a catered event. I’m definitely going to use them again this year.

From the very easy to follow and intuitive heating and plating instructions to the freshness and quality of the food, we were simply blown away. Ordering was easy as was delivery. The extra touches made the whole thing very special and I can't wait for another occasion to book Ma-Ro. Oh, I'm not a dessert person but they got me, with a perfectly made individual molten lava chocolate cake.

Instructions for re-heating and serving were easily done and made it seem like we were dining in an upscale establishment. Each course was sumptuous, innovative and perfectly created. Very impressed and eagerly awaiting the next chance to experience Ma-Ro's creativity and fine dining!

Mauricio was flexible and accommodating in creating the perfect menu for our bridal shower. His team arrived slightly earlier than planned (which was great!) and we’re willing to help with things like setting the tables and running items from the house down to the lawn where the event was taking place. The on-site supervisor, Ramona was phenomenal; I suggest asking for her specifically.

This organization has performed spectacularly at all these levels. For the wedding, they managed the function as effectively as any private "event planner", paying close attention to all details including decor, staff and guest flow, and menu. They created an incredible ambiance based upon the wedding party's needs. For our multiple cocktail parties, they have always provided an excellent menu, and staff that were both attentive and unobtrusive creating a wonderful evening for all. And with our private dining, they created a wonderful menu, provided with service and style, allowing guests and us, as hosts, to really enjoy a magical evening.

To keep within Covid restrictions, we decided to have a dinner in our office on a per-department basis. So we had three dinner nights set-up. We discussed our kitchen limitations with Ma-Ro, and they understood and did an amazing job with the holiday menu and the timely delivery. The team truly enjoyed their Christmas meals. The meals came in a large styrobox, keeping them fresh and hot. The fresh bread rolls and salad alone can fill you up, but we left room for the turkey roulade and of course, the 2-course desserts! The turkey roulade was so moist, tender and tasty. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much for the care in preparing our meals and delivering them on time and still hot.
