I had the pleasure of meeting and enjoying a cut and colour with Shae today! Fantastic job done! I’m thrilled with my hair. I want to mention I was referred to Luxe by my daughter Brooklyn and my cousin Jane who are both clients. They also mentioned everyone there is excellent so I just had to pick one. ? I went online and went through all the reviews(, very impressive), next availability and hours of operation were important to me as I had had it with my frizzed out dull hair. I was in a flap at 2:30am Monday and just wanted to shave it off. Have you ever felt that way? I accidentally booked an appointment online for noon the next day and tried to correct it but because it was within 24 hours, I could not make any changes which is a totally understandable and respectable policy. So what I needed to do was call when they opened at 10am and reschedule. I promptly phoned at 10 and Shae answered the phone. I was very happy with all her reviews so I was thinking I would book with her regardless. Glad she answered the phone, we spoke for about 10 minutes discussing my hair chaos and we were able to nail down a time for my appointment. Since I was new and she had not physically analyzed my hair, she advised my appointment today would be about 3 hours. As it turns out I was 5 minutes late and we talked more about my wants, needs and what her professional opinion was regarding my hair. All I told her is my daughter said no getting a “mom cut” whatever that means ??‍♀️, and I wanted to be able to have functional, rich coloured hair, not something that looks like a triangle or pyramid and once and a while let my natural curl come out! Well from start to finish including the explanation of how I would be billed, colour, hair shape, head massage and picking out the perfect shampoo/conditioner for my head of hair that has suffered over the past few years due to illness I was there for 2 hours and 15 mins AND I seemed to have talked non stop!!!! Shae listened attentively and acknowledged all of my hair concerns, she learned my childrens names, asked about my dogs and took the time to get to know me a bit. She won me over!!!! In addition she made me the perfect coffee x 2 a total bonus in my world. I keep staring at myself in the mirror, I feel so good about myself again, my hair feels light, fresh and I truly love the work she did today. Shae is confident in her craft, well spoken, polite and funny! She doesn’t know it yet but her and I are going to be great friends ??. Thank you Shae and thank you Luxe for everything. I give the whole experience a 10/10

I went to see shay at Luxe for the first time. Right from the start she made a connection and by the end of the haircut it felt like she was one of my friends I had known for years. I love going to luxe for all my hair needs the atmosphere is unmatched and all the staff are so welcoming. They also have so many products that are not just cute but also such good quality! Can’t wait to go back

Holly’s service was exceptional. It was my daughter’s first visit to the salon and Holly was very transparent. She was friendly and welcoming. She spoke with us openly and honestly about price points and outcomes and was very clear that nothing extra would be charged unless she consulted with us ahead of time. She was efficient and effective and put her client at ease immediately. My daughter was relaxed and enjoyed her appointment. Holly made it a point to make common connections allowing for conversation and relaxation. I always tip when visiting a stylist. When I was paying for my daughter’s service and selected the 20% option I actually didn’t feel it was enough for the service we received so I hit the correction button and selected the $ so I could adequately tip Holly for her exceptional service and professionalism. We are not regular clients to this salon but my daughter is already asking to return. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this salon and specifically Holly!

Shae did an amazing job on my hair! She was very knowledgeable and super cautious reading product labels to accommodate my allergies! The salon space has a beautiful, bright and happy atmosphere.

Holly is absolutely amazing. She listens to what I want done, takes her time to make sure it’s perfect, and makes her clients feel so comfortable! She’s the first long term hairstylist I’ve had in years, and I’m beyond happy! She is just an absolute gem and I highly recommend her!

Holly truly shows her passion & dedication for hair through her hard work & truly knows her stuff! She makes you feel very welcome at Luxe Salon & the atmosphere is so calm & friendly. Holly made my hair feel so fresh & silky - I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Just left Luxe. Peyton. Five stars. Highly recommend this gem. Feeling so much better after a much needed refresh. Actually happier than I've ever been with a haircut. She just knows. The staff are always so friendly and inviting. I have been to many other salons and wouldn't recommend another. Thank you thank you thank you.

Today was my first time going to Luxe Beauty Co and seeing Holly. I can strongly say that this lady was born to be a hairstylist. I have not walked out of a salon feeling so beautiful and felt well taken care of from beginning to end. She has a beautiful personality and I can’t wait to keep going to see her. Definitely was feeling my best self today! Thank you Holly❤️ You are amazing!! 11/10 recommend her! She knows her stuff!
