I couldn’t have looked worse if I had handed Edward Sciasorhands a bunch of razors. I asked for a bunch of layers, and instead I got three fairly blunt layers (one of which are the length of my bangs). I now have a mullet and am booking an appointment with a different salon to have extensions put in to try and hide how bad it is. For now I have to wear a ring half up bun to hide the top layer. And my stylists didn’t care, just wanted to up sell me on products. I have gone to Midtown before (which is in the same mall) and they were fantastic. Go there instead.

I recently got my hair cut and styled here. I have been trying to grow out my hair and layers for a very long time. She did take off as much as I wanted, however i am very disappointed as my hair is very uneven on the sides...the back is longer than the sides. The fact I had to pay for the amount of experience of the hairstylist and the cut didnt match that is very disappointing. Will not be coming back.

I was reminded of my February haircut since it's time for another. When I went here, I asked for a pretty basic men's haircut. Short on sides and back, little longer on top. A Caesar. Well the stylist must've been in a rush or had something more pressing to deal with. I had no blending on the sides, literally at the top of the sides there was a difference in length of 1/4 inch hair straight to 1 1/4 inches, like a puffy hair headband. Poor trimming around ears and an uneven back. I had mentioned to the stylist I was without my glasses and I joked that I would just have to trust her work since I could not see clearly, not knowing that I actually should have needed them to call her out on the haircut. At the till, another employee took my money and gave strange looks to the stylist who was standing next to me and yet said nothing. A few hours later I went to another haircutters nearby to fix Chatters' work

I never have to wait long after arriving at my prescribed time. Happy with my haircut and value for the price. I've seen several stylists there that I'm happy with. Good measures in place for Covid-19.

This place is always clean, the hair dressers are nice when you talk to them and they'll meet cultural need when it comes to cutting (such as collecting hair after cutting). And that's on how willing they are to help you out. I recommend this salon, just talk to the ladies. They're very nice and kind!!! Thank you chatters.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years but unfortunately after today I have decided to find another hair salon to have my business. Earlier in the year (2021)I could never get an appointment time that works for me which I still understood with covid and the regulations that had to be followed. Now within the past 6 months I have had 3 out of 4 of my appointment rescheduled because they were unable to cut my hair for whatever reason but today it was the final straw for me. I show up go my appointment (a buzz cut with no guard) and the hair stylist says oh sorry I don't have the proper equipment to cut your hair you can try Tommy Guns (she literally referred me to another business) first off I booked online and stated what I wanted done so there was plenty of time to prepare or at least let me know not to come. I then go to the counter and ask what can be done so they had another stylist cut my hair (why wasn't that an option until I asked) but I noticed while cutting my hair she still didn't do as I asked and cut with no guard so my hair will undoubtedly look the same a week from now meaning all of this was a waste of $20. I've been a loyal customer since 2010 and have recommended this location to a lot of my friends but after today I'm afraid I won't be back and I'm looking for another salon to have my business.
