I had a great experience with them as they were patient with my parents who are non-english speakers. They were very informative with the details of pricing and the process of installation! Their store is absolutely stunning. I recommend going to see them for interior design or molding designs! Wow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lack of customer service and integrity would make your skin crawl, out of sheer greed the purchase I made they decided to keep for themselves instead of honoring the sale. The most important thing in life if honesty, integrity and being a true and upstanding business person sadd the COVID DID NOT ALLOW FOR GOING TO TORONTO FOR OUR ITEM AND THE FACT IS LUX TRIM DOUBLED THE PRICE OF OUR ITEM AS THEIR INTEGRITY WAS TO KEEP THE ITEM FOR THEMSELVES SO BEWARE OF THE HUGH DOUBLE UP PRICES THEY ARE CHARGING!!! NOT EVERY BUSINESS PERSON IS HONEST THAT IS OBVIOUS!
