The case is way too long to describe it here, the only suggestion is DO NOT WASTE your money and time with any one at MY SMART HOME CO. They just take your money and run. They are just after to make a quick buck without CARING about long term relation with clients. When you spend thousands of dollars to automate your home you need a long term reliable customer support for software updates, problems or any other issues you might have but this people are not there for you but before full payment they are the nicest service provider.
