★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $70 for a simple light switch, people need to start BOYCOTTING this company, works great but is that a reason to gouge people??? Their plugs cost $ 60, Meross plugs on sale are $12, none dimming but come on really Lutron is making a mint on their products, no sales even on Boxing day!!!
Update, I wrote them to ask why they are so expensive, they actually had the nerve to say they have no competitors, that was actually their reply, 2019, all kind of simular products online for home automation but they seem to think as long as they have cornered the market that they feel free to gouge the public!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their products are worth to buy. I have been using Lutron Caseta system in my whole house . They work every well . The smart bridge has stable signal . I can turn on and off all my lights from anywhere . i never have any trouble with their server or the quality of their products . The dimmer works without the neutral wire . Hey, you pay for technology , reliability not for the dimmer switch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lutron has great products however, their customer service is terrible. The residential shades department in Canada has zero customer service skills, every encounter has not been helpful and their reps are rude. I am very disappointed in Lutron for not having better staff and changing their agreements with the customer depending on when they feel it should be "approved." Hilary Giggs is extremely condescending along with the residential shade rep Sasha Denisov. I have had numerous complaints from my staff as well. I have reached out multiple times and they have literally taken months to respond. Although, as I stated I love the products it is not worth the hassle of dealing with Lutron representatives and the cost of the shades is better spent elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entire home is outfitted with Lutron automation and shades. Honestly, they are pricier but they are the original in the industry and service is always great. The other reviewer mentioning that they are pricey - again, you have the choice to choose a different manufacturer. No company is obligated to discount their products, nor have to justify their market price. Giving a 1-star review just for cost is not a constructive comment
